I didn't choose this path because it sounded interesting. I chose it because I had faith and a desire to live life to the fullest - aligned in mind, body and soul. Years ago, I found myself suffering with Lyme disease and complete immune dysfunction. What ultimately turned things around wasn't another prescription. It was bee venom therapy, and more than that, it was the realization that my body had an extraordinary ability to heal given the right environment. That experience led to a series of spiritual awakenings. If my body could heal at that level, what else was possible? That question led me to PSYCH-K®. I am a researcher and experimenter at heart. Through this process, learned that the beliefs running subconsciously (everything below awareness) were quietly shaping my health, wealth, relationships & purpose. Once I learned how to access and reprogram them, I didn't just recover. I transformed. Today I hold certifications in PSYCH-K® (Basic to Master level), training as a Holistic Health Coach at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Sound Healing at The Sound Healers Academy, Usui Reiki Levels 1 & 2 and beyond. More than any certificate, what I bring to our work together is experience and a deep understanding of energy. I have walked the path I now guide others through.
